Shipping
We usually despatch orders within Seven days, but please allow Twenty-eight days for delivery to allow for delays. Orders to delivery addresses outside the UK may take longer. UK orders are sent by our nominated couriers in plain packaging.
Orders may be sent in more than one package.
Although every attempt will be made to adhere to the time or times quoted under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss arising from delay in despatch or delivery howsoever caused.
In the unlikely event of delivery not being made to you within 30 days we will refund you in full or reship the goods.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods ordered. In order to exercise this right during this cooling off period you must confirm the cancellation during the cooling off period by email, quoting your name, address and postcode. In the event of your exercising this right, you will be required to return the goods to us at our office at your cost and your responsibility. On receipt of returned goods in original packaging and quality, payments made by you will be returned by us to you less restocking charges within 30 days of our receiving the goods in the manner specified. Please note for all our items there is a 10% re-stocking charge levied by our suppliers which will be passed on to yourselves. Only in exceptional circumstances will this charge be waived.
Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods to you and you should do this by email quoting your name, address and postcode, and indicate in such communication whether you would like us to despatch a replacement to you. If you do not elect to have a replacement, you will be required to return the goods to us at our office at your cost and your responsibility. On receipt of returned goods in original packaging, payments made by you will be returned by us plus your return postal charges within 30 days of our receiving the goods in the manner specified and provided that we are satisfied on the return of the goods that they were damaged in transit to you.
Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
